What's offered

A free AI Visibility scan, educational content and tools, and a paid service (the Sprint). Details and pricing are described on the relevant pages.

The free scan and tools

Provided as-is, for your information. They give you a snapshot of how AI engines describe your business at a point in time. AI results change, so the scan reflects a moment, not a guarantee.

Paid services (the Sprint)

When you purchase, you'll get what's described on the Sprint page. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.

No guarantee of results

I work in marketing and AI visibility. I bring real skill and effort, but no one can guarantee specific business outcomes — rankings, leads, sales, or how an AI engine will describe you. Nothing on this site is a promise of specific results. Marketing depends on many factors outside any one person's control.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, don't misuse the site, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Kinesthetic Marketing isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Total liability for any claim won't exceed what you paid for the service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be handled in Colorado.
