Kinesthetic Marketing ("we," "I," "Kinesthetic") is run by Omar Blasgen, based in Colorado. This policy explains what information I collect, why, and what you can do about it. Plain language, no games.

What I collect

When you use this site, I may collect:

• Information you give me: name, email, business name, city, industry, your website URL, and anything you type into a form or message.
• Payment information: if you buy the Sprint, payment is processed by Stripe. I receive your name, email, and business details — I never see or store your card number.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type (user-agent), screen size, the page that referred you, and how you arrived (QR code, search engine, AI engine, or direct). This is used to tell real visitors from bots and to understand where traffic comes from.

Why I collect it

To deliver your AI Visibility scan, respond to your messages, send follow-up emails you've opted into, process Sprint payments, schedule calls, and understand who's visiting so I can improve the site.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your data. Ever. I use a small number of service providers to run the business, and your data passes through them only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing
• SendGrid — sending email (your scan report, follow-ups, notifications)
• Cal.com — scheduling calls
• Perplexity — to run your AI Visibility scan, I send your business name, city, and industry to query how AI engines describe your business
• IONOS — hosting and data storage

That's the full list. No advertisers, no data brokers, no tracking networks.

Your rights

You can ask me what data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have these rights under GDPR. If you're in California, you have rights under CCPA/CalOPPA. To exercise any of them, email me at omar@kinestheticmarketing.com and I'll handle it.

Email follow-ups

If you opt into emails, every one includes an unsubscribe option. Opt out anytime.

Data retention

I keep your information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete it.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it.
